Refund Policy

At After 21, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every skincare product you purchase.


Return Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Seal and product integrity must be intact for hygiene and safety reasons

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective)
  • Products with tampered seals or missing packaging

Refund Process
  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back accordingly
  • For Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds may be processed via bank transfer

Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed only for:
    • Damaged or defective products
    • Incorrect items received
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund

Important Notes
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
