Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Seal and product integrity must be intact for hygiene and safety reasons
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective)
- Products with tampered seals or missing packaging
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back accordingly
- For Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds may be processed via bank transfer
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund

- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
